The collet can be easily attached and detached, allowing for one-touch replacement within 30 seconds using dedicated tools (manual or air-operated). We have numerous delivery records supporting automatic collet exchange by robots. The work clamp is strong and reliable. The collet moves parallel to the workpiece, ensuring that clamping force is evenly and reliably transmitted. High clamping precision is guaranteed due to high-quality finishing, a simple mechanism, and parallel movement of the collet. High rigidity is achieved because the entire length of the chuck system is short, and the machining point is close to the machine spindle, allowing for high-rigidity cutting with minimal vibration, thus improving tool life. A 35% increase in rigidity and a 50% increase in clamping force compared to general types are realized. A wide clamping range is provided, with the gripping diameter of the collet being larger compared to the outer diameter of the collet chuck body. High-speed compatibility is ensured with minimal centrifugal force impact on the work gripping point due to chuck rotation, supporting speeds up to 6000 min-1 (refer to specifications for each model). The gripping part of the collet can handle various shaped workpieces, including ground finishes, serrations, and hex shapes.
